I’m a designer and maker based in the East Bay, creating handmade fabric jewelry using ethnic textiles from around the world. Rooted in Middle Eastern, Iranian, and Indian traditions, my work blends cultural heritage with modern style. Each piece is soulful, textured, and tells a story—celebrating history, identity, and art.
I also create calligraphy-inspired wall art, sculptures, and furniture that incorporate wood, Rumi’s poetry, and Middle Eastern motifs. My creative practice is deeply personal—driven by a desire to keep traditional art forms alive while making them accessible in today’s world.
My creative process typically begins with imagination and 3D modeling, which allows me to explore the form and visual representation of an idea. This coffee table design is a typographic interpretation of the word “Love” in Farsi, infused with traditional Persian motifs. The piece is crafted from wood and finished with a high-gloss automotive paint, blending cultural symbolism with a modern, sleek aesthetic.
