Jen is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lafayette, CA whose practice spans photography, painting, poetry and ritual. Her work is deeply informed by the natural world, embodied experience, and ancestral narratives. Through her art, she creates pathways for reflection, connection, and expanded ways of seeing, offering an invitation to engage with the intuitive and often unseen dimensions of human experience.

Jen’s creative approach is rooted in the extensive study of holistic and intuitive practices, including an apprenticeship in shamanic healing and certifications in Expressive Arts Facilitation, Reiki, Life Coaching, Herbalism, and Aromatherapy. Movement and embodiment practices have been an instrumental part of her journey as well. These diverse disciplines inform her belief in the transformative potential of creativity and in the role of the arts as a catalyst for personal and collective well-being.

In addition to her studio practice, Jen offers classes and services that blend art-making, intuition and inner work. She is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals can explore their creative expression as a means of self-discovery, healing, and connection.

She serves on the board for the Lamorinda Arts Council and is a member of the Lafayette Public Art Committee.

Artist Statement

Please provide a brief description of your creative process, motivations, and inspirations:

I am a multidisciplinary artist in the San Francisco Bay area (Lafayette, CA.)  I am inspired by the natural world, the body, dreams, ancestral connections, and a lifelong devotion to mysticism.

My creative process is deeply informed by my studies in shamanism, energy healing, and other spiritual modalities. This translates into works that evoke a sense of mystery and an invitation for self-discovery.
