MORE ABOUT THE ARTIST
Artist Statement
Please provide a brief description of your creative process, motivations, and inspirations:
We are inspired by math, natural sciences, and our clients’ unique interests. When we create a new design, we start with different pieces of information that do not initially match up: function of the piece, aesthetic form and meanings were there are some sparks, and a wide world of materials and craft techniques. We iterate with each other and all involved until the design crystallizes to a state that has everyone excited. Much of our work has a strong modern form, but also connects to timeless styles.
