Art Guild of the Delta

Art Guild of the Delta, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2013 with the purpose of building a network of artists that work together to promote and inspire creative influences among themselves and their community. AGD is an East Contra Costa County Arts organization.

Mission Statement: Art Guild of the Delta will bring together people with a mutual interest in the fine arts, while promoting camaraderie and ethical principles and practices, as well as, fostering creativity among artists. Art Guild of the Delta will be a service to the community by providing a cohesive and congenial group who promote arts and advancement in all areas of artistic endeavors.

Objectives:

• AGD will champion diversity, equity and inclusion and will pursue cultural consciousness as fundamental values of the organization.
• AGD will stimulate and encourage creative work int eh arts using ethical principles and practices.
• AGD will provide educational opportunities for members and community to further develop artistic skills and appreciation.
• AGD will provide scholarships to East Contra Costa County community college and local high school students furthering their education in the arts.
