In 1998, Tom and Tim Taylor created the Pelican Mural – Richmond Annex funded by a City of Richmond mini-grant. The work is a painted mural of the East Bay hills, the bay, and local wildlife including a pelican. The piece is located at the I-80 Overpass at Carlson Boulevard and Central Avenue, Richmond, CA.
